Paul Silva - Partner at Rinaldi Silva LLP
Paul graduated with an Hons.BA, and B.Soc.Science from University of Ottawa 1998. In 2001 he graduated from Ron Ianni School of Law – University of Windsor.
He articled in a full service Toronto law firm, and after being called to the bar, he cut his teeth working in high volume and well respected mid sized real estate specialty law firms. He gained valuable experience in the title insurance industry during a seven year period where he worked as a Senior Claims Counsel at Stewart Title Guaranty Company in downtown Toronto.
He opened his own law office in 2012 and has never looked back. In 2018 Silva Law office and Rinaldi Law merged to create a new firm to better service clients in the area of Real Estate Law, Wills and Estates, and Corporate Law.
Paul is fluently trilingual (English, French, Portuguese) and very involved in the community as member of the Rotary Club of Burlington Lakeshore (Chair of Community Service 2016, Chair of International 2017), as well as with Luso Charities in the west GTA. He and his partner Julie, dedicate a lot of their time to teaching his two daughters, and her two daughters the ropes of life and helping them further their many dance, hockey, soccer, and school commitments. If any time is left, Paul likes to cycle, play hockey and workout.
Paul works hard for his clients and takes the time to walk them through the process. He is solidly in their court helping them navigate the nuances of the law all with a smile and some good humor when needed.
